Each month we will introduce one member of the CHCA board so you can get to know us and recognize us when we meet.
I am Jennifer Gerdes, Vice President of Columbine Hills Civic Association (CHCA), leader, entrepreneur, and real estate expert with a deep passion for building strong communities. I am a long-time resident of Littleton. I have lived in the area for most of my life and am committed to making it a thriving place for families and businesses alike. As Vice President of Columbine Hills Civic Association, I actively work to foster connection, enhance local initiatives, and create a welcoming environment for residents.

Beyond my professional achievements, I am a devoted wife, mother of four children and two pups, and proud GIGI (grandma). I love the outdoors and spending time with family and love a good day on the lake either in the water or fishing. My extensive experience in real estate, business development, and team leadership has allowed me to successfully guide high-performing teams, focusing on training, operations, and strategic growth. As a former State President of the Women’s Council of Realtors, I have built strong networks, streamlined processes, and driven meaningful change.
Whether I'm advocating for our neighborhood, mentoring, or helping businesses scale, my hands-on approach and commitment to people-first leadership make me a driving force in every endeavor. I look forward to meeting you all at our events!
